Profit-for-purpose carbon and nature project service provider, Climate Friendly, has today announced changes to the company’s leadership structure, reflecting its continued growth and maturity.

As part of a planned evolution, Climate Friendly will transition from a Co‑Chief Executive Officer model to a single CEO structure – an approach suited to the next phase of scaling Climate Friendly’s carbon farming and nature repair services for Australian land managers.

Skye Glenday will continue as CEO and Executive Director, and Josh Harris will remain a Director of the Climate Friendly Group, providing strong continuity in leadership and ensuring Climate Friendly’s strategy and operational performance remain robust.

The planned transition aligns with Josh commencing six months of long service leave, after which he will return in a senior advisory role and continue to support Climate Friendly’s growth and long‑term impact.

With a dual focus on supply and demand, Skye Glenday and Josh Harris’s close partnership as Co‑CEOs has driven Climate Friendly’s remarkable growth and delivered lasting environmental impact.

Together, they expanded the company from forty to more than one hundred specialists and doubled the number of supported carbon projects from 110 to 220.

Most importantly, their leadership delivered outcomes that matter. Climate Friendly projects have stored, or are forecast to sequester, 100 million tonnes of CO₂‑e in the Australian landscape, materially advancing Australia’s transition to Net Zero and critical land sector decarbonisation.

As Climate Friendly begins its next chapter, Skye is supported by a strong Executive Leadership team with a combined 100+ years of expertise across carbon and nature markets, policy and governance. Five established leaders are stepping confidently into C‑suite roles to guide the business through the next phase of growth and impact.
